Delete your Cultivra account

Use the in-app control or contact Cultivra to delete an account and the farm data associated with it.

Delete from the Cultivra app

  1. Open Cultivra and sign in.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Export any records you want to keep.
  4. Select Delete account and confirm the request.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@lonis.ai with the subject Delete Cultivra account. Include the WhatsApp phone number or Apple private relay email used to sign in. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes account data linked to the verified Cultivra identity, including its Apple or mobile sign-in association, profile information, farm and crop records, assistant history, tasks, finance records, uploaded profile photos, crop-health records, and applicable mobile sessions. For accounts created with Sign in with Apple, Cultivra also requests revocation of the associated Apple authorization.

Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing disputes, or backup expiration. See the Cultivra Privacy Policy for details.

Cancel subscriptions separately. Account deletion does not cancel billing through Google Play or Apple. Cancel the subscription through the relevant app-store subscription settings.
